| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masato Takagi in charge of Finance of Toyama Prefectural Police Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of electricity to Toyama Prefectural Police Academy, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April 2026 to 31, March 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C of "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ Have been registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by request of the National Police Agency. ⑦ Not be the bussiness operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 15 24, February 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Building Management Section, Finance Division, Police Administration Department, Toyama Prefectural Police Headquarters, 1-7, Shinsogawa, Toyama 930-8570 Japan.
