| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ESAKI Junko, Vice President, National Tax College. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 93 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Service of bookkeeping training for general course ⑷ Fulfillment period is From the date of conclusion of the Service contract through 25 March, 2027. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① Have Grade "A, B or C offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization in Kanto ・Koushinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ② Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
