| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OGATA Kazuyuki, Director General of Kyushu Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17, 51 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : Passenger Automobile 8 sets ⑷ Lease period : From 1 October, 2026 through 31 March, 2031 ⑸ Lease place : The place specified by Director General of Kyushu Regional Agricultural Administration Office. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Provision of services, etc." at Kyushu-Okinawa area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party, and prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the lease products. ⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 50 A.M., 5 March, 2026 (mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 4 March, 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hirai Takashi, Procurement Section, Accounts Division, Administration Department, Kyushu Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 2-10-1 Kasuga, Nishiku, Kumamoto city, Kumamoto prefecture 860-8527 Japan.
