⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ①not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting, ②have Grade A, B or C classification in offer of services, etc. in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027, ③not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, ④be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise, ⑤meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation
