⑹ Qualifications for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
③ have Grade "A, B or C in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 about the group 1, group 4 and group 6.
④ have Grade "B, C or D in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 about the group 2 and group 5.
⑤ have Grade "C or D in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 about the group 3.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 26 February 2026.
