① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
④ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 14 January 2026 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 13 January 2026)
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M. 24 March 2026
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
