| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting entity : Irie Masakazu, President, National Livestock Breeding Center. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : System and server operation support 1 Set ⑷ Contract period : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Offer place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the tender. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A not come under Article 8 and 9 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B The applicant must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination Related to Contracts of the Independent Administrative Institution Livestock Breeding Center or the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. C have Grade A or B or C "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification forparticipating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027. D have relevant knowledge and business personnel etc necessary for the execution of the work.
