| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takuo Shibayama, Director, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Purchase of fuel oil A FUEL Oil (JIS Class1, No.1) 833㎘ ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Industry Law, to initiate business of selling petroleum products ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the fuel oil, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 February 13, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kana Nakae, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center, 1711-1, Tamasu Kita-ku Okayama-shi, Okayama, 701-1192 Japan.
