A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Muroran Institute of Technology,
B To have the qualifications of Class A, B or C in the bidding qualifications of each ministry and agency (single qualification) and the bidding qualifications of Muroran Institute of Technology (single qualification) in the Hokkaido area during the fiscal year 2025,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Accounting Manager.
