| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyohiko In, Director, National Hospital Organization Kinkichuo Chest Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Hospital Information Systems and system maintenance commissions 1 set ⑷ Delivery deadline : August, 31, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment period : 7 years from the contract signing date ⑹ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kinkichuo Chest Medical Center ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
