⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Contract electricity to be used in Nasushiobara Research Station (Workplace), NARO, at the demand locations listed below.
① At west district : Contract power 312 kW. Annual estimated volume of electricity : 1,545,966 kWh.
② At east farm : Contract power 16 kW. Annual estimated volume of electricity : 25,682 kWh.
③ At east barn : Contract power 2 kW. Annual estimated volume of electricity : 4,826 kWh.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April 2026 through 31, March 2027.
⑸ Fulfillment place : Nasushiobara Research Station (Workplace), Institute of Livestock and Grassland Science, NARO, 768 Senbonmatsu, Nasushiobara-city, Tochigi 329-2793, Japan. At the west district, the east barn and the east farm as in ⑶.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027.
④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 17, February 2026.
⑻ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 5 : 00 PM, 24, February 2026.
⑼ Time limit for tender (Bringing) : 11 : 00 AM, 25, February 2026.
