⑹ Qualification for participation : Suppliers eligible for participation are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Public Announcement on the Qualifications for participating in the Tendering Procedures by JOGMEC.
② Applicants must be qualified to participate in competitive bidding, having been given a grade of A, B, C for "Provision of Services, etc." in the unified qualifications of all ministries and agencies or have been rated at that grade by the proposal submission deadline. for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
