⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The National University Corporation Shimane University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Chugoku area in offer of services and sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The National University Corporation Shimane University,
C being a person who has a license for specially controlled industrial waste collection and transportation business and specially controlled industrial waste disposal business. A person who has received only one of the permits shall appoint a person who has the other permit,
D not come under Item 1, Article 2 of the Regulation concerning Anti-social forces for The National University Corporation Shimane University,
E meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Shimane University may specify in accordance with Article 2 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, The National University Corporation Shimane University.
