| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : TOKUOKA Osamu, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Shizuoka District Court, 10-80 Ote-machi, Aoi-ku, Shizuoka-shi, Shiozuoka 420-8633, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the substance to be supplied : Gas to be consumed at Shizuoka District Court, and other four Courthouses ; Estimated annual consumption 142,678 cubic meters ⑷ Supplying period : From the day following the meter reading date in March 2026, until the meter reading date in March 2027 ⑸ Supplying place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : (A)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; (B)not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; (C)have Grade A or B in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tokai-Hokuriku region ; (D)have Grade C in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tokai- Hokuriku region, qualify as a small or medium-sized enterprise or small business operator as defined in Article 2 of the Act on Ensuring Orders for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Public Procurement The person must be able to prove a track record equivalent to or better than the gas supply and demand contract used at the Shizuoka District Court Building, etc. as stated in this bid announcement : (E)The time and place of application for the qualification of (C) and (D) shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ; (F)have been registered as a Gas Retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act ; and (G)have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 2, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TANAKA Tsumugi, Supplies Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Shizuoka District Court, 10-80 Ote-machi, Aoi-ku, Shizuoka-shi, Shizuoka 420-8633, Japan, TEL 054-251-6291 |
