① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice.
② have been qualified for Classification of "sales of goods" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the Kyushu District by Urban Renaissance Agency in fiscal year 2025 and 2026.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office or each Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ not be the company where a gang or a gangster influences management substantially or a company following this.
⑤ have proven to have prepared a system to provide an after-sale service for the products concerned.
⑥ have proven the products consistent with the specifications and have been approved by Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑦ be able to respond to an on-the-spot inspection in Japan in the presence of staff of the Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents : 17 : 00, 16 January, 2026.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00, 5 March, 2026.
