⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the following Grade qualification for each item in 5⑶ above,
ACD have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
BE have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
