⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2029
⑸ Delivery place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Shinshu University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sale of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Shinshu University,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
E Have registered as a gas retailer in accordance with registered Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law.
