⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Institute of National colleges of Technology, Japan Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D being a person registered in the retail electric power business based on the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
