| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting entity : Takaaki Suzuki, Director, Shizuoka Plant, National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Shizuoka Plant, National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency ① High pressure electricity contract 2,300kW. The estimated electricity about 4,538,300kWh ② High pressure electricity for business use contract 190kW. The estimated electricity about 341,900kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Shizuoka Plant ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 6-1 of the National Printing Bureau's regulation concerning the contract procedures. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservatorship, and person under assistance, who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract, may come under this qualification in cases involving special reasons within the said article. ② Not come under Article 6-2 of the National Printing Bureau's regulation concerning the contract procedures. ③ Have Grade A or B in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders for Sales by the Ministry of Finance Japan (all ministries/agencies) or the National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency, in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ④ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ The applicant must meet the conditions related to the carbon dioxide emission factor and the status of efforts to reduce the burden on the environment. ⑺ Time-limit for proposal of the tendering procedures : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 January 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 2 February 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Erina Akiyama, Accounting Division, General Affairs Department, Shizuoka Plant, National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency, 3-5-1 Kuniyoshida, Suruga-ku, Shizuoka-shi, Shizuoka 422-8004 Japan TEL 054-265-8020 ⑽ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.npb.go.jp/ja/guide/finance/ portal/index.html |
