| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKAGOME Kazuyuki, President, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑵ Classification of the products to beprocured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas supply of public office building (13A,45MJ) contract : 2,988,275㎥ ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiaty ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushinetsu Region ; ④ Participate in social insurance, etc. (Employees' Pension Insurance, Health Insurance (administered by the National Health Insurance Association), Sea-farers' Insurance, National Pension Insurance, Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance, and Employment Insurance), and pay the premiums for the applicable system.
