(except for minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract) (B) went bankrupt and did not get reinstated. (C) are listed in each item of Article 32, paragraph ⑴ of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Act No. 77 of 1991) (D) are under the period of suspension of trading instructed by National Museum of Nature and Science. ② are those who shall (E) have the Grade A or B or C qualification in "sales of product" in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. (F) have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
