| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masafumi Takahashi, Executive Vice-President, Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 116 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Worker dispatch contract of FY 2026-FY 2028, 1 set ⑷ Contract period : From the day after contract date through 31st March, 2029 ⑸ Delivery place : As in tender documen-tation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tender procedures : ① Not come under Article 5 of Practice Rules of Contract. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Have Grade A both in "provision of service", in terms of the qualification for participating in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency. ④ The company must be a licensed dispatching employer under Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the "Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Protecting Dispatched Workers" (Act No.88). ⑤ The company (the dispatching employer) must be certified as an excellent temporary staffing agency under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "The Excellent Temporary Work Agencies Certification System". ⑥ The company (the dispatching employer) must be certified under ISO27001 (ISMS) or the Privacy Mark program administered by "Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community" (JIPDEC). ⑺ Time-limit for the tender : 3 p.m. 6th February, 2026 (sending by mail : no later than 6th February, 2026) ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of relevant documents for the qualification : 20th January, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Ozeki, Accounting Division, Finance Department, Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency, 1-1-2 Takashima, Nishi-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa, 220-0011 JAPAN TEL 045-228-5964 |
