| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Atusi Yusa, Warden of the Sapporo Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ The purchase titles and the number of items : City gas 292,000㎥ ⑷ Delivery period : From the day after the meter reading date in March 2026 to the date next March. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract maybe applicable under cases of special reason within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade B and above "sale" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026, 2027. ④Have registered as a retail gas enterprise in accordance with Article 3, of the Gas Business Act. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 18 February 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Koji Miyamura, Supplies Section, Sapporo Prison, 2-1-5-1 Higashinaebo, Higashi-Ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido, Japan.
