| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Hospital Information Network Wired System (lease) 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A Comply with "Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc.", with the latest "Guideline for Safety Management of Medical Information System", by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Japan, with the latest "Guideline for Safety Management of Information System and Service Providers Dealing with Medical Information" by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Provide list of required operations to ensure personal information protection, if any. B Provide large-capacity, high-speed network that serves an integrated platform for medical information systems and educational/research networks, centered on the new Integrated Hospital Information System scheduled to start operation in fiscal year 2028. C Provide network that enable teleworking by realizing secure communication between the external network and the logically divided internal sub-network in the event of the spread of emerging/re-emerging infectious diseases and the occurrence of natural disasters. D Provide sensing network collecting communication data, indoor position data and several data in the hospital. E Realize labor saving and sophisticated network management/defense by analyzing collected data using machine learning to automate the control of communication and connection terminals. F Realize user behavior analysis, automatic guidance, and automatic monitoring of equipment/environment by analyzing collected data by machine learning and visualization by augmented reality. G Provide a voice/information communication platform connecting seamlessly both inside and outside the hospital.
