Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : AKAMATSU Hiroki, Commander, 3rd Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in Yokohama Maritime Disaster Prevention Base Office and other 15 place. The estimated electricity and contract power for the year as shown in the tender specification.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1st April 2026 through 31st March 2027.
⑸ Delivery place : As per the specifications
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B, C, D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area and Toukai・Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the requset of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have received the registration of retail Electricity Business on the basis of the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑦ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑧ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Application deadline : 15 : 00, 5th January 2026.
⑻ Time-limit for tender ; 17 : 00, 20th January 2026.
