| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official acting in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kenji Yamaguchi, Warden of Miyagi Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Miyagi Prison and other 17 institutions of the Ministry of Justice. ⑷ Supply period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Supply place : Refer to the tender explanation sheet. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Glade "A or B in offer of services etc" in terms of Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every Ministry and Agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑤Fulfill the requirement in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Distribution of instructions : From 1 December 2025 (9 : 00~17 : 00) to 23 December 2025 (9 : 00~17 : 00) at Miyagi Prison Maintenance and Supplies Section. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 29 January 2026. ⑼ Date and time of opening and location a bid : 13 : 30, 30 January 2026 at Miyagi Prison conference room. ⑽ Invalid bid : A bid that violates the conditions of bidding and bidding made by a person who does not have competitive participation qualification as shown in this advertisement shall be invalid. ⑾ Contact point for the notice : Maintenance and Supplies Section, Miyagi Prison, 2-3-1 Furujiro, Wakabayasi-ku, Sendai-city, Miyagi, 984-8523, Japan TEL 022-286-3112 ext 2301 |
