| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SAITO Kazuhiko, Chief of Finance Section, General Affairs Department, National Police Academy. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of electricity, used in the National Police Academy. 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April 2026 through 31, March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ①Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B, C, or D "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the National Police Agency. ⑤Are not the business entities whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster or the person who has exclusion request from the Japanese government and the state concerned still continues. ⑥Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑦Fulfill the requirements of Carbon dioxide emission factor and Efforts to reducing environmental load in the tender documentation. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 15 22 January, 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Finance Section, General Affairs Department, National Police Academy, 3-12-1 Asahi-cho Fuchu-shi Tokyo 183-0003 Japan.
