| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Jiro Yamada, Director of Department of Administration for Tohoku Area, Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used at Naro Tohoku Agricultural Research Center : 3,042,700kWh. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 thr ough 31 March 2027. ⑸ Fulfillment place : described in th specification. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO ; ② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO ; ③ Have Grade A, B, C and D on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027 ; ④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract ; ⑤ Be an electricity Retailer registered under the Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act ; ⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO ; ⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 23, January 2026. ⑻ Time limit for tender (Bringing) : 11 : 00 AM, 9, February 20 February ⑼ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 5 : 00 PM ,6, 2026 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Satoshi Ishida Accounting Section, Department of Administration for Tohoku Area, NARO, 4 Akahira, Shimokuriyagawa, Morioka-shi, Iwate 020-0198, Japan.
