| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUJITA Masato, Obligating officer Director of the Finance Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Justice. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas used in Central Government Building No. 6 Estimated annual consumption 1,152,000 cubic meters. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026, through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Central Government Building No. 6 ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
