| Summay of notice | ⑴ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑵ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Design and development for the qualification screening system and training loan administrative management system compatible with courts cloud, GSS connection and migration work, and operation and maintenance work, 1 contract ⑷ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑸ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : (A)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; (B)not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; (C)⒜ be ranked as Grade A in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, or ⒝have Grade B or C in the said classification, meet the said qualification and be able to prove the record of experience of offering service contract equivalent or superior to the case of this bid notice ; (D)have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids and (E)meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 27, 2026 ⑼ The same with the notice above (No. 1) |
