| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tetsushi Ogawa, Director, National Hospital Organization Takasaki General Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature of the products to be purchased : Delivered medical gases (tank trucks and cylinders) ⑷ Contract period : From April 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Takasaki General Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have the following Grade qualification, the Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the gases on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑦ That it has obtained a license (or filed a notification) for the high-pressure gas sales business ; ⑺ Time-limit for entry : 17 : 00 January 9th, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Jumpei Yoshida, contract attendant section, National Hospital Organization Takasaki General Medical Center, 36 Takamatsu-cho, Takasaki-shi, Gunma-ken 370-0829, Japan.
