② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.

③ have registered as an electricity retailer in accordance with Article 2-1-3 and Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
④ have sales results of supplying electricity as an electricity retail to power receiving stations with high voltage or higher in the past.
⑤ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑥ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
