| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Transmission Electron Microscope 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The system shall enable TEM and STEM imaging as well as electron diffraction data acquisition and recording. B The microscope shall be equipped with a Schottky field emission gun (Schottky FEG). C A multi-stage lens configuration (illumination/objective/imaging) shall provide high-resolution observation capability. D The specimen exchange shall allow selection between automatic and manual operation, and shall incorporate an auto-airlock mechanism with a two-stage pre-evacuation system. E The specimen stage shall provide 6-axis control and shall include tilt/rotation assistance. F A beryllium dual-axis TEM specimen holder shall be supplied. G The system shall include an observation chamber, small and large fluorescent screens, and a bottom-mounted CMOS camera. H The system shall include environmental and auxiliary equipment such as a vibration isolation table, magnetic field canceller, and cooling water circulation unit.
