⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : Construction and operation of Basic Resident Register Network utilization system 1 set
⑷ Lease period : From 1April 2026, through 31 March 2030.
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Language and currency which tender shall use in tendering procedures : Japanese and Japanese currency.
⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : ③Have Grade A or B "Offer of services etc" in the Kanto・Koushin'etsu district in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by MIC (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
