| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yoshiyuki Yato, Director, National Hospital Organization Murayama Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Procurement of medical supplies (Inceptiv and four other items) ⑷ Fulfillment period : From January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Murayama Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
