| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Atushi Yusa, Warden of the Sapporo Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 1 ⑶ The purchase titles and the number of items : Non-glutinous brown rice 80,400㎏ ⑷ Delivery period : From 5 January 2026 until 31 March 2026. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
