| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : KONDO Akihiro, Di-rector of the Department of Contract, Japan Science and Technology Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility management of International Residence For Researchers ; 1 set ⑷ Implementation period : 1 April, 2026 to 31 March, 2029 ⑸ Implementation place : described in thespecification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in thetendering procedures : Tenderers shall be those who ①not comeunder Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistancethat obtained the consent necessary forconcluding a contract may be applicableunder cases of special reasons within thesaid clause. ②not come under Article 71of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③have theGrade A, B, C or D qualified for participatingin tenders for the "provision of services" by Single qualification for every ministryand agency in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④not be currently under suspension ofnomination by JST ⑺ Obligations of tenders : ①The tenders must prepare written proposals based on thespecifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 5 : 00 PM15 January, 2026 ②The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made bythe officer in charge of contracts ; and ③JST shall conduct inspections of thesaid proposals. ④Please be noted that ifit is indicated that environmentalconditions relating to the procurement arelaid down in its tender documents. ⑻ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 15 January, 2026 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 PM 15 January, 2026) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : SUZUKI Yasuhiro, Department of Contract, JST, 7, Gobancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0076 TEL 03-3512-3535 |
