The estimated electricity for the one year 3,085,777kWh ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Asahikawa Prison ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
