⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027.
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Manufacture of products" or "Sale of products" in the Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. Or Have Grade C in "Manufacture of products" or "Sale of products" in the Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 and have a record of products supply contact concerned of more than equal. ④Have permission to be a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
