| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Arahara Katsuyuki, Director of General Coordination Department, Hiroshima Labour Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 662,964kWh Electricity ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 to 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : described in the Tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ② Have Grade "A", "B", or "C" on "Sale of product" in Chugoku Region in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ③ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ; ④ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ; ⑤ Not be currently under a nomination stop as instructed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ; ⑥ Not have received any administrative disposition due to violation of the laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare within the past one year from the deadline of the tender document ; ⑦ Participate in social insurance, etc. (Welfare annuity insurance, Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over), Seamen's insurance, national pension, industrial Accident Compensation insurance, employment insurance), and there is no delinquency in insurance premiums.
