Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OODACHI Hiroaki, Commander, 10th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ①Floating pier (type of 30m), 1 sets. ②Purchase of one steering hydraulic cylinder and other items, 1 sets. ③Purchase of a reverse and reduction gear replacement parts kit, 1 sets.
⑷ Delivery period : ①30 November 2026. ②③31 March 2026.
⑸ Delivery place : ①~③As per the specifications.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
ⅲ )①have Grade A or B of level of interest in "Manufacturing" in Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027. ②③have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027.
ⅳ )The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
ⅴ )not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑺ Time limit for tender ; ①~③17 : 00, 25, December 2025
⑻ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procuring system.
