⑸ Delivery place : Within of jurisdiction, Transport Branch Office and Office for Motor Vehicle Inspection and Registration, and Nagasaki Port Joint Government Building.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C of level of interest in "sale of product" in Kyushu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ Have registration as a registered retail electricity supplier in accodance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act.
⑤ Fullfill the requirement of describing to the tender manual from the viewpoint of measures for controlling global warming as a tender participation qualification that expense load act charge provides based on 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
⑥ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/ppsweb-biz/
