⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 30 and 31 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kanazawa University,
B have the Grade A, GradeB or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President, Kanazawa University may specify in accordance with Article 32 paragraph 3 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Kanazawa University.
