⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institute of Technology, Japan.
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto Koshinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
C have registered under Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
D fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual which are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
E meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation.
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer Director-General.
