| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Sato Junichi, Director-General of Nagano Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in 8 office buildings ; Contract Demand 327kW, The estimated electricity 733,918kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual and specification. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture" or "selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizationsin Kanto・Koshin- etsu area related to the Ministry of Justice in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027 (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ④Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 15 December 2025. ⑻ Electronic procurement system available ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Hatta Satsuki, Mizuochi Yasutaka, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Nagano Legal Affairs Bureau, 1108 Asahimachi Ooaza- nagano Nagano-shi Nagano-ken 380-0846 Japan.
