⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have unified qualification to participate all government ministries and agencies in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
② not subject to competition participation restrictions prescribed in Article 26 of the Bylaws of the Administrative Implementation of Contracts of JNTO.
③ receive the tender documentation.
④ must not be under the period of suspension of nomination by the Director of the Accounting Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
