⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning the contract for RIKEN.
② Have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in manufacture of product or sales of product for participating in tenders by RIKEN, or in tenders by single qualification for every ministry and agency.
③ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
④ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 15 : 00, 22 December, 2025.
