| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : High-Precise Radiation Therapy System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The system must have the capability to perform Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (SRT), Stereotactic-Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) B The system must have the capability to perform high-precision 4-dimentional radiotherapy C The system must have various kind of accessories and fixture device to perform high-precision radiotherapy D The system must have radiation treatment planning system that create highly accurate radiation treatment plan quickly and efficiently E The system must be equipped with a radiation therapy plan support system capable of image registration of various modality, smooth radiation therapy plan review, and support for contouring F The system must be connected to the network of hospital information system (HIS), radiology information system (RIS) and picture archiving and communication system (PACS), and can exchange their data each other G The system must have equipment capable of quality assurance and quality control for high-precise radiation therapy H Radiotherapy planning CT equipment is equipped I A contact system shall be in place for equipment failures, and a service systemthat is quick recovery from failures ⑸ Time limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 P.M.
