⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① not fall under article 4 of JICA contract management regulations promulgated on 2003.
② have the official status in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 or 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ No capital or personal relationship between the parties who intend to participate in the competition that meet the criteria described in the bidding instructions. (Unless all of the persons who fall under the criteria are members other than representatives of the consortium.)
④ have no conflict of interest with prior work.
