Shizuoka Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Tokyo Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 235-1, Nakajima, Suruga ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Pref. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that described company career ・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ④ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders. ⑤ Have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to the products concerned since 2015 ⑥ Have proven to have prepared system of rapid technical guidance and maintenance for the products concerned ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. November 6, 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M.
